About Us

Born From a Love of the Beautiful Game

MG8 Academy was born from Michael Green's own journey through grassroots and non league football. Created to give young players — boys and girls — support, structure, and belief.

Having tried a few coaches and teams for his own son without success, Michael decided to build his own academy. Built on the belief that talent needs nurturing, not just training, MG8 Academy blends elite coaching with personal development — helping the next generation grow in confidence, skill, and love for the game.
